Seller, i.e. a FM WORLD Distribution Business Partner running economic activity in the scope of direct sale of Products and provision of advertising services of the FM WORLD Network and Products; a Seller, due to the provided services of advertising FM WORLD Network and Products is eligible for Remuneration in the form of Commission as well as Trade Discount;

User

User, i.e. a Business Partner being a physical entity, who concludes an Agreement and does not run economic activity. This means in particular that the Application is simultaneously a declaration that the candidate will purchase Products for their own needs or the needs of their friends and family. A User is entitled solely to the Trade Discount.

I have read the initial information and I accept them.

I declare that I am joining the FM WORLD Club and I will participate in it under the terms and conditions of the Marketing Plan, the FM WORLD Club Regulations and the Code of Ethics, which are enclosed as Appendix no 1 to this Agreement.
I have received a copy of the Marketing Plan, the FM WORLD Club Regulations, the Code of Ethics, and I am familiar with their contents, which I accept in full.

I undertake to comply with the provisions of the FM WORLD Club Regulations, the Marketing Plan and the Code of Ethics during the term of membership in the FM WORLD Club.

I consent to the processing of my personal data and the data necessary for billing and cooperation by “FM GROUP World Artur Trawiński spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością” sp.k. with the registered office in Wrocław, ul. Żmigrodzka 247 (KRS: 0000268185, NIP: 8951870093), hereinafter “FM WORLD” or “FM WORLD Distribution spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością” sp.k. with the registered office in Wrocław, ul. Żmigrodzka 247 (KRS: 0000636342, NIP: 8952093148), hereinafter “FM WORLD Distribution” or a FM WORLD Branch, in the Business Partners (Distributors) database, created within the organization of an international Network, for the purposes of implementing the provisions of this Agreement and its annexes.

YESNOI consent to receive commercial information to the provided by e-mail address or phone number, i.e. to receive advertising and notifications related to marketing products and services placed on the market under the „FM WORLD” and „FM WORLD Club” trademarks.

I declare that I shall operate only on the User status and to purchase FM WORLD Products for my own (or my close ones’) needs only. I further declare that regarding these Products I shall neither render direct sales nor run economic activities.

I declare that I will have the Seller status.

YESNOI consent to FM WORLD Distribution or FM WORLD Branch disclosing my personal data on the FM WORLD Distribution or FM WORLD Branch website available only for Network participants. In case of lack of consent I shall be present on the Network website only under the Business Partner’s (Distributor’s) Number assigned.

YESNOI consent to receive correspondence via email to the address provided by me or through an individual panel available after logging on https://distribution.fmworld.com

YESNOI consent to the publication of the data and image on the website and in publications by FM WORLD Distribution, FM WORLD Branch or FM WORLD.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance), I hereby declare that I have been informed about the rules of processing my personal data and about my rights. The information about processing my personal data are enclosed as Appendix no 2 to this Agreement.

The lack of consent to the processing of personal data under the provisions above is tantamount to the lack of consent to the conclusion of this Agreement

I give my consent for the transfer of my personal data by FM WORLD to FM WORLD Branches.

I consent to the processing of my personal data and the data by FM WORLD and FM WORLD Distribution for marketing purposes.
